AseptaClean brings discipline from pharmaceutical manufacturing and surgical pathology to property cleanup. Owner-operated. Documentation-forward. San Jose and Santa Clara County.
Before AseptaClean, the work was pharmaceutical manufacturing and surgical pathology at Stanford. Environments where contamination control is measured, documented, and verified. Where every step of a process has a record. Where "close enough" does not exist.
That background is not decorative. It is the operating system behind every AseptaClean project. Properties affected by hoarding, feces, filth, neglect, and severe contamination require a structured approach — not just labor. The difference between a property that is actually clean and one that just looks clear is the process behind the work.
That is what AseptaClean was built to provide: cleanup work handled with the same discipline you would expect in a controlled environment, applied to properties that most companies will not take on.
Contamination control, chain-of-custody documentation, and systematic process — applied to every property we work on.
AseptaClean is owner-operated. The principal assesses every property, scopes every job, and maintains direct oversight on every project. There are no layers between you and the person accountable for the work.
Every job follows a documented process: assessment, scope agreement, controlled removal, decontamination where applicable, and completion documentation. Commercial clients receive the records and certificates their compliance and insurance requirements demand. Residential clients receive clear communication and honest timelines.
We tell you exactly what we will and will not handle before work begins. No surprises, no scope creep, no ambiguity.
Specific line items and pricing. Not a vague estimate you'll get surprised on later.
Progress photos, completion records, and accounting of what was removed. Property managers and attorneys get the paperwork they need.
No franchise handoff. No layered sales process. The person you talk to is the person responsible for the work.
CGL, contractors pollution liability, and professional liability with endorsements designed for commercial vendor requirements.
Some of the properties we work on involve stressful, private, or emotionally difficult circumstances. A family member's hoarding. A home left in a condition no one expected. A rental unit that tells a hard story.
We use unmarked vehicles. We treat every inquiry as confidential. We do not rush situations that require patience and we do not treat them casually. Professional does not mean cold — it means clear communication, structured process, and respect for the people involved.
AseptaClean currently provides property cleanup and controlled removal services for residential and commercial properties in San Jose and Santa Clara County.
We are building toward expanded capabilities, including biohazard remediation and infection control services, which require additional registration, training, and operational infrastructure. That expansion is planned and in progress, but we will not market it as available until it is fully in place.
That is the approach you should expect from us: we do what we say we can do, and we do not overstate where we are.
Tell us the property type, location, and condition. We'll respond with whether the scope fits and what the next step is.
